This is one of my really good friends Tashi.
As you can probably see she is CRAZY!!!

Echo

Every lunch time my friends and I play echo.
It's great fun and improves your throwing and catching skills.
To play you don't need to be good at sport, intelligent or brilliant because you will gain some of these skills while playing.
If you don't know how to play then here are the basic rules:
Stand about ten metres apart with an even number of people on each side and do resonbly catchable throws to the other team.
If the other team catches the ball then they shout echo.
When you hear echo being shouted you imediatly freeze.
They will then roll the ball and try and hit one of you.
If you get hit you sprint to the other team.
While your running your team will try and pick up the ball and do a soft throw to try and hit you.
If you get hit you run back to your team.
If you don't then you keep running to the other team.
Keep on throwing and catching until the last person on a side has to go to the other team or if the bell rings.
